Kamil Ravin
Kamil Ravin is a coach and adviser to founders, entrepreneurs and high performers, and the founder of The Ascension Coach.
His work sits at the intersection of psychology, identity, consciousness and enterprise, examining how the inner world of a leader shapes the businesses, relationships and outcomes they create.
After leaving a career in law in 2020, Kamil built his practice working privately with entrepreneurs and leaders around the world.
His approach is direct, highly personal and transformational. Rather than prescribing another strategy, the work examines the person creating it, uncovering the assumptions, patterns and identities shaping what they can currently see.
Kamil is based in Dubai and works internationally.
